XL Electricals ensures delivery of products sold through its website within a maximum of 10 working days. We make sure that all products that reach your house are functional and have no defects.
Return & Replacement
All the products sold through XL Electricals portal/website are usually delivered through Courier Partners. There will be utmost care in packaging to ensure that there is no risk of product damage and any operational issues. For any reason, if you want to cancel the purchase or return the product, please return it at the time of delivery. Your amount will be refunded back to your account within 7-10 working days.

Cancellation Policy
In case you wish to cancel the order you have placed, you can cancel it within 24 hours from placing the order. The cancellation can be made by logging into your account on our website and cancelling the order or contacting us at support@xlelectricals.com and indicating the order number along with the reason for cancellation. The following charges will be applicable as cancellation Fees. We are at a liberty to waive off cancellation charges if we deem it fit on a case to case basis, however we are under no obligation .

Domestic Orders:
Upto 24 Hours – Nil
Post 24 Hours -
if Despatches are not made – 10% of Order Value
if Despatches are made – 20% of Order Value
International Orders:
Upto 24 Hours – Nil
Post 24 Hours -
if Despatches are not made – 10% of Order Value
if Despatches are made – 50% of Order Value
Your payment amount, if any, shall be transferred to the original mode of payment used while placing the order within 4-5 working days. If an order cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a refund after we receive your package from the courier partners at the facility.
Limitation of Liability
Our liabilities shall in no event exceed a maximum amount of the total price of the corresponding order. In the event any breach of this Agreement by We may also give rise to a claim of tortious act at the same time, We shall only be liable for breach of contract.
