Placing an order:
You will be able to place an order with us by ordering via our secure online checkout flow. We will send you the order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that we reserve the right to brand our products.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until we send you shipping information for the order (or the accepted portion thereof). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that, if we cancel all or a portion of your order or if we provide you less than the quantity you ordered, we will issue a credit to your bank account or store wallet in the form of coupon or cash for the amount charged for the cancelled portion or the quantity not provided.
Pricing:
All prices shown in the product pages include gst at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price inclusive of gst, however we shall show gst separately and include it in the total price at the checkout page. We may charge separately for order logistics and other relevant charges such as cod or gift-wrap charges, the appropriate rates are set out in the specified pricing structure shown on the checkout page.
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, you will be informed by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
The availability message for each product detail page tells you whether the item is available to dispatch to you. If you have a international shipping address, then the orders will be executed subject to Government Terms and Conditions. In case there is no ban for exporting to your country under any of the regulations, than the products will be shipped to your address.

All prices are inclusive of VAT/CST, service tax, Goods and Services Tax ("GST"), duties and cesses as applicable - unless stated otherwise.
Taxes
You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from us and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to VAT/CST, service tax, GST, duties and cesses etc.
In case of International Deliveries, the Customs Duty , Courier Charges and Other Relevant Taxes applicable in your country shall be borne by you.
Delivery:
We have tied up with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 4 -10 business days depending on where you live. All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that the products reach you in perfect condition.
We will initiate the shipment of your products within 24 -48 hours of receiving the order under most circumstances. Our regular working hours are monday to saturday 11am - 6pm. We only process and dispatch orders during these hours. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends or other regional and national holidays. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the specified timeline, on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot always guarantee delivery in the said time, or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timeline.
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you have provided as the delivery address when you place the order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we shall not be liable for any items which may have not been received by you. Our courier partner will attempt the delivery 3 times and a call will be made to the registered phone number and you can let the delivery executive know a convenient time to deliver your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address at the time of placing your order.
International delivery:
International delivery is available for our products, and we request you to check with us through e-mail or the contact us form before placing an order. Delivery costs are calculated according to the product quantity and weight, as well as the country it is being shipped to. Please note that the cost of logistics for the order as well as returns or replacements (if required) will be separate and is to be borne by you, and does not follow the same policy for free shipments (when applicable) which we offer to our customers within india.
Tracking your order:
We provide a tracking number on dispatch of your order so that you can track the progress of your delivery. You can also use the ‘track my shipment’ option on the website to check the status of your order once it has been shipped. If any issues arise with regards to your shipment, please contact us, so that we can assist you.
Safety
Please refer the Product Box and literature alongwith the product for Safety instructions. The Electrical products shall be installed by a qualified electrician and in complete adherence to safety protocols. We shall not be responsible for any accidents caused by incorrect application or installation of the products.
Warranty
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our product/service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the product/service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. The contractual warranty covers defects in a particular product. It is valid for a period as stated on the product page, starting from the date of delivery. In case there is no warranty mentioned on a product Page, then the product is sold without warranties
We warrant the products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period as stated on the product page from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the Product , and you follow the instructions for returning the product, we will at our option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the product using either new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product that is equivalent to the Product to be replaced, or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the Product. This limited warranty applies, to the extent permitted by law, to any repair, replacement part or replacement Product for the remainder of the original warranty period or for sixty days, whichever period is longer. All replaced parts and Products for which a refund is given shall become our property. This limited warranty applies only to components of the Product that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or damage from other external causes, alteration, repair, or commercial use.
Instructions. For specific instructions about how to obtain warranty service for your Product, please contact Customer Service by sending us an email on support@xlelectricals.com. In general, you will need to deliver your Product in either its original packaging or in equally protective packaging to the address specified by Customer Service. Before you deliver your Product for warranty service, it is your responsibility to remove any removable storage media and back up any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on your Product. It is possible that such storage media, data, software or other materials will be destroyed, lost or reformatted during service, and we will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
Limitations. To the extent permitted by law, the warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties and remedies, and we specifically disclaim all statutory or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and against hidden or latent defects. If we cannot lawfully disclaim statutory or implied warranties, then to the extent permitted by law, all such warranties shall be limited in duration to the duration of this express limited warranty and to repair or replacement service.
This limited warranty gives you specific rights. You may have additional rights under applicable law, and this limited warranty does not affect such rights.
